Joe was incredible. We had an after hours emergency and he came within an hour. He was swift and also showed up first thing the next morning to fix our water heater. He was fair and honest and extremely professional. I would highly recommend his services.
A pipe ruptured in our basement causing some flooding the day before Christmas Eve! Consequently, we also had no water. I called Southeast Plumbing and Joe and his partner came over immediately! Joe and his partner were courteous, professional, and fixed our pipe in 20 minutes! I know they had a very busy, full day, but they squeezed us in and got to our house right away in which we are so grateful. They also gave us some recommendations to avoid future issues. Have had Joe do work for us twice now...highly recommend him! Last time, we called after our water stopped. Turned out that we needed a new well pump. Joe had it replaced the next day on a holiday weekend! Excellent work and very professional. So hard to find good people these days...Joe is one of the good ones!!
Our pump went at 9pm on a Friday. We called Joe and he arrived right on time the next morning. He and Anthony got right to work and did a great job! Professional, tells it like it is. Used these guys twice so far and they do a great job. Price was fair and they came within 20 min the first time when we had a leaking kitchen drain.<br><br>The second time my water heater want bad while I was at work so my wife called them up. They came over, assessed the situation, gave me a price over the phone. They had the whole thing taken care of and back working in like 2 hours.<br><br>I was impressed. I could highly recommend.
Joe connected a kitchen faucet/drain/dishwasher in our new kitchen. I was impressed by his professional demeanor, prompt service and fair/competitive fee. I would recommend him to others and kept his business card for future reference.
They Are Very professional, and are easy to work with, not once did i feel as if jOE WAS LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION AS i had my water pump get struck by lightning and had no water for 24hr, joe made a point to make me and my family a priority and took care of us, as if we were his family. i will definitely recommend Southeast plumbing and do more business in the future.
I woke to a cold shower. The hot water heater stopped working after nine years. By mid-afternoon same day my wife was able to take a hot shower. Joe, from Southeast Plumbing, was responsive to our needs. Purchased and installed a new natural gas, power vented, 50 gallon water heater. Cleaned work area before leaving and took away the old unit. Work was well done and price was competitive.
